Bairstow not taking any chance of Cook dropping that one :)

...dives in front of slip to snaffle Hope and move Jimmy to 499 :clap

Another drop, how pricey is this one oging to be

Fortunately , not very.

Not sure what's gone wrong with Cook at slip : one miss can happen to anyone ; but perhaps dropping the second one late on the last day at Headingley (when in truth it no longer mattered ) might have done for his confidence. And when your confidence has gone at slip...it is not a good place to be. He will need to get it back quickly or they'll need to look for someone else in there.

There is still Hope :)

Not easy batting this morning...just two wickets might be some relief to West Indies : Jimmy will have to wait for number 500.

Oh I see one more over...

West Indies in charge now with S Hope and Powell playing pretty calmly.

And lierally as I type Cook catches Hope at slip...happy too :)

Well bowled Toby...

That really did come out of nowhere. They were playing well. Was about to bemoan the lack of menace in the bowling whenever Anderson is resting...but TRJ got that in the right place and ...

And now Stokes c & b and off goes Powell...

78/4 and its all change...

Huge change in just a few balls !

West Indies could really do with a vintage Blackwood innings now. One more wicket and England would be fancying an early bat...

The decision to drop Roland Jones looks more and more baffling

He does like to "launch" early...

Sometimes he gets away with it. Sometimes not . Not perhaps a smart option on arriving at the crease in this situation : but if it goes for six we are all applauding...

Dowrich could use some runs about now.

Chase out for 18...six down.

Dowrich's poor run with the bat continues...out for one.

This seems to me that normal service is resumed.

Indeed. Now they will struggle to win one in next 9 matches .
