KW starting to put an innings together here. Feels like it's been a while.

Pakistan have kicked out the middle of the NZ innings. Seems to happen a lot that a start that looks like it might lead to a score in the high 300s, loses its way around thirty overs.

comical start by Pakistan chasing 316

Ali is out plumb LBW, wastes the sole review on it, then just a couple of balls later Babar gets a howler of an LBW decision, ball was going well over the stumps, and they have no review left

Kiwis carry form into this series as well. Favorites to win this ODI.

Hasan Ali has been important for Pak in this aspect. He is the most successful middle innings bowler. He can take wickets in all spells he bowls.

Hafeez selection was a very risky one for this series. The only good thing that Inzy did was he didnt aloww Akmal bros back in squad.

Bowling wise they picked their best bowlers. Junaid being injured gives lot of opportunity (matches) to Rumaan. Otherwise he wouldn't be in playing 11. He is one bowler who can move the ball. Faheem Ashraf is some whom Kiwis can target in this series when he bowls. Bowled 9 overs today. Malik will also get to bowl more because Professor is banned from bowling.

Azhar, Hafeez, and Malik in same playing 11 is a big trouble.

That match against India has given them the extra rope. But now it is costing the Pakistan team. Think tank has to decide which of the seniors need to go, whether he will actually drop two of them is very doubtful.

Tactics works. Superb bowling change by Kane. Wonderful captaincy  Boult gets Shady out who can bat for a good ODI partnership. Well batted.
