This Crane kid really needs to sort out his run-up.

Aussies lead by 42. Favorites to win this test. England need to trigger a collapse immediately, else this will go further away from them.

Flashes of individual brilliance by some England players in this series, but the lack in consistency of brilliance is losing the series.

Gee, when this kid gets it right, he's right on the money. But when he bowls short, he gets put away. A bit of work with Warney and this kid could be amazing.

England pacers should also look to create some rough for Mason.

he's been working with Stuart MacGill, i think it started when he was playing grade cricket in Sydney last winter and ended up getting called up to play for NSW in a shield game

Bring him on at both ends!

2 Sixers and a 4 in this over. Good shots.

Lead of 86. England will have to bowl and bat really well to save this test.

131 runs leaked by Mason for 1 wickets after 39 overs !!. Definitely a lot better than this is expected by specialist spinner in terms of actual statistics.

he's 20 years old, playing in his first test on a pitch where the opposition are 465-4 and cruising

i'll give him the benefit of the doubt

thats just a terrible decision by the 3rd umpire, ok it was missing anyway but that doesn't excuse him overturning the onfield decision based on what he could see on snicko

2 terrible decisions tbh as it was actually missing by a mile so the onfield umpire had a shocker too

50 for Mitchell Marsh. Well played, some nice ground shots apart from 6ers.

Not judging him as a player in 1 match. But when they picked a spinner for Sydney, they expected to be one of the performer in this test. Didn't serve well this test. That's what I am saying.

Englands two spinners have been equally bad so far.

Moeen leaking 129/1 in 37 as well.
