Bayliss states that he will stand down after the 2019 Ashes.
Maybe that's when Andy Flower's kids go to university?

Boof Lehmann's contract is up for renewal after the 2019 Ashes - and he has stated that he won't apply for it.
Does Bayliss have higher honours in mind?
