Same with Stoinis. Looks like the Aussies will win the Strauss Trophy though.

Rashid's ER in this match seems to be better than Woakes, Wood, Curran and Moeen, and he's got three wickets to boot. an indication he should've been at the Ashes ahead of Crane?

I wonder if Rashid can be bad than 1 for 150 runs.

Not sure either would have been successful in Tests, but there's a case for picking Rashid after being top wicket taker in India. He at least failed best. I'd have looked elsewhere though.

from 5/8 (or 8/5), England did very well to make a game of this. Aus might have gone the other way.

Well done to England, after such a catastrophic start.

In the end an easy(ish) win to Aus, but England scrapped all the way.
Maybe

Excellent limited overs bowler though. If I was picking an England all time ODI XI, Swann would be my clear first pick. Might be a case for Rashid too, seeing as it's hard to be certain if Underwood was a good ODI bowler as the game was different then (both are/were poor fielders, Rashid a competent batter).

Well done to Australia for their Australia Day win. And the England bowlers for making a game of it.

Woakes needs one more wicket to reach 100 wickets and 1000 runs in ODiS. 170 runs with an average of 170 in this series!

SR of 117 too, with more sixes than any other batter.

And Hales for 35. Quite a few starts but no one able to go on yet.

Big partnership here between Root and Morgan.
