Way Buttler is warming up, could be over in the next 5 overs.

Buttler goes, hint of movement off the pitch I think that takes it away, genuine edge.

Rubbish batting really. Vaughan talking of reverse swing, but I am not noticing any.

Couple of lusty blows from Woakes, and the target reduces significantly. England will do well to lose here.

Very good Cameo from Woakes, and the perfect guiding innings from Root....

2 convincing wins

Good contribution in the game from Woakes. Should be POTM. By GJ's reckoning, England win by 34 balls.

Two hundreds for Finch and two losses.

Two chasing not outs for Root.

For England, Wood's performance leaves a question. While there was pace in the low 140s from him early on in the innings, a pace I havent seen him bowl in a while, it did appear that that pace was substituted for any control. He was too full, then too short. Very hittable.

On the flipside, the pace Plunkett consistently bowled in the low 80s seems to indicate at coming on to 33, he might not be the express pace tag option England tout.

I did note that the selectors were looking at the CMS BBL Fantasy thread before making their choice yesterday...

Bad timing (again) for Paine. Just as his future is looking nice and secure (in at least the longest two formats of the game) at the top level.

I see Carey as his main threat for all three formats, and (I think) will probably get the nod for the T20 internationals.

How was Carey's keeping yesterday?

I watched most of the England innings and there was nothing noteworthy, which for a keeper is another way of saying he did well.

Richardson looks a decent prospect too. Quick, but of nip. For me the pick of the bowlers
