England's ODI top 6 os scarily good

Roy, Hales, Root, Morgan and Buttler - no other team in the world can boast such quality.

The wobble sets in? Gulp. Surely even England can't lose from here. Surely?

Here's Jos.

A little less than convincing in the last five overs, but a win is a win.

Phew.

Brilliant knock from Roy, good to see him back in supreme form, this ODI batting line up is in a different league to most other sides, just a shame the test side's batting line up is feeble

Anyone think Zampa's under a bit of pressure? Obviously in-effective today, but hard wicket to bowl on, but overrall he is in general, expensive, hasn't done a great deal since coming into the side...often left out for all pace attack, and they used to like Maxwell/head combo for spin, and given that Lyon's stock keeps rising, and you have the likes of Boyce, Fawad, swepson waiting in the wings, is Zampa's place under threat?

Australia might also look at Agar before the end of this series. Offers a bit more with the bat as well.

Five days between games is unexpectedly old fashioned.

No, third ODI is Sunday morning UK time.

Then the following Friday (Australia Day holiday, fair enough) and Sunday.

Some one called Alex Carey has replaced Tim Paine in the Aussie squad. With Cummins due to be rested and Haze injured, Jhye Richardson may make his debut.
