Well that's a massive disappointment. I thought we had a great chance of winning this tournament.

Well i didn't expect that to happen. We beat Pakistan with more than 10 overs to spare to reach the semis. Holder and the pacers reduced Pakistan to 57-5 from which they never recovered despite a century from Masood. Chasing a modest 227 for victory hetmyer and imlach got us off to a solid start with 50s. We were never going to lose from there. This West Indies team has already surpassed expectations.

It is hard to believe, Hetmyer had previously struggled in this tournament. If he doesn't get carried away, this guy can become world-class.

And Holder's bounce. At one end, you have Joseph and then Holder's awkward bounce. Wow! WI U19 suddenly have a good pace attack.

It's a shame that West Indies are now everyone's least favourite team as they are the ones that are playing most like a unit in the tournament.

New Zealand's World Cup has been an absolute joke...will be a big inquest into that.

From the first round this tournament had an India v Bangladesh final written all over it. I fancy Bangladesh for the title.

Despite their thirteenth place in the tournament, I have been very impressed with Ireland. Have the second highest wicket taker in the tournament and the eight highest batsman.

Despite 60 from Miraz, Bangladesh were bowled out for 226, which has a familiar ring to it...two wickets each for Holder and Springer, and three for the infamous Paul.

They seem to be starting every bowling innings now by getting the Mankad warning out early....

West Indies beat India to win the U19 World Cup!
