Lewis and Samuels repairing things, but very slowly. 5-1-10-2 for Sharif. He's equalling Holder for the most wickets in the competition, but at a much better econ.

Born in Huddersfield.

Half the team was born in England, but only one born outside England and Scotland. SA born Brad Wheal. Who looks a bit of a poster boy going by his Cricinfo picture.

Seem to have reinvigorated their side since the last WC.

Still very much up for grabs. But I think sliding towards the WI.

75 needed off 15, with five wickets in hand.

Rain stops play with Scotland struggling on 125-5.

West indies lead by five runs on duckworth Lewis.

really annoying that rain has stopped play here...heavy rain and outfield looks waterlogged too...so scotland could well scrape though on D/L

I feel gutted for my dad, must be so hard to take for associate and Scottish fans.
It seems like one of Ireland, zim and afghan will qualify now,
With zim in the driving seat.
Win win situation for icc though since all 3 teams are probably liked by the icc to qualify.

Shame that came down to DL, with Scotland still in with a decent chance.

Pleased WI are at the WC, but disappointed for Scotland, the underdogs, who have had an excellent competition.
