"Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Kieron Pollard and Darren Bravo have opted to skip the World Cup Qualifiers in March to play in the Pakistan Super League. The development was revealed by Cricket West Indies, which released the 15-man squad for the qualifiers scheduled to be played in Zimbabwe from March 4 to 25."

Whoever plays Afghanistan can feel they are in the game all they like, but as soon as Rashid gets the ball it's game over. Scotland might have given themselves a chance by bowling Afg out for 250 otherwise.

Scotland team seems to have moved on a bit since the last WC, personnel-wise.

Rashid gets his wicket but Scotland beat Afghanistan by seven wickets and 16 balls. Quite an upset. MacLoed makes 157*. Don''t have to look around for a POTM.

Ireland look like winning against NL in the big game.

Scotland pushed Ireland close before this tournament.

Seem a good outside chance to qualify.
