Joe has given only 20 runs in 5 overs. Very good for a non-specialist bowler. However,i wonder whether England allowed the batters to settle when the score was 49/0 when Joe was given his first over. :hmmm

Rashid into the attack in 18th over, after Joe had bowled 5 overs. Sometimes i fail to understand why non-specialist spin bowlers are given so many overs ahead of specialist spin bowlers.

6th over for Joe. Moeen who has been very competent hasn't bowled even one in 19 overs bowled so far.

Not exactly the paddle shot which Sachin used to play, but that one on a very bad leg side ball by Joe, Finch played something similar. Finch was struggling to hit 4, and he gets one freebie on that ball.

Rashid strikes. Easy catch for David. Head has to go after a good innings of 63 from 64.

101/1.

Finch doing a bit better back up the order.

Good platform for the Aussies. 350 should be on here.

Finally Moeen gets his first over, 29th of the match. England haven't bowled enough wicket taking balls so far. The wicket too seems easy to bat on.

As Adi suggests though, this was ten overs without a wicket which has allowed Australia to establish fortifications. England's way recently has been to take wickets, even if at a cost.

Good point. They've got a very good platform.

No swing, not much cutters movement, neither spin on offer. Aussies have to score faster. Very possible with 9 wickets left in the hand.

Nicely hit by Finch over infield in no fielders zone. 4 for that. Aussies 175/1.
