Ian commentating that he saw another WI pacer who did not warmup along with Roach as he too might be having a niggle. So more chances of Windies batting till getting all out.

New ball has been wasted. The only wicket to fall in 14 overs with the new ball was of night-watchman Bishoo. Lead has swelled to 223.

Spinner Mehidy into attack. First time spin introduced with the new ball. Brathwaite has done incredibly well to see both the brand new balls. :salute Not in class of Cook who acheived this many a times as opener but this quality is very rare to watch from many openers now-a-days.

Session 1 is over as well. WI enjoying under the sun. 271/3 with a massive lead of 228 runs.

I think he adjusts excitement in commentary as per the format.

Clatter of wickets. Holder is a reliable lower middle order bat though and shai is still there. Add a quick hundred and declare.

Massive win for West Indies by an innings and 219 runs. That's the way to win it. Total domination. :clap

Tough time for Bangladesh as second test begins.

Bangladesh where without head coach since the dramatic resignation of Chandrika Hathurasingha who then became SL coach last year end. Gary Kirtsten got hired to find new coach for WI tour. Gary suggested Steve Rhodes for the job. Steve Rhodes was selected as Head coach of BD, however the things have started badly both for Steve Rhodes as well as reinstated captain Shakib Hasan. Thilan Samaraweera who was replaced by Neil McKenzie as batting consultant is expected to join before next test. Or has he joined team already. Certainly he has a lot of work to do on the technique and shot selection of the players.

Bangladesh whitewashed WI (2-0) on their last tour of WI in 2009. Both where comprehensive wins.Tamin, Imrul Kayes, Shakib, Mushfiqur, Mahmudullah, Rubel Hossain were all part of the 2009 series. Whereas only Roach from 2009 is there for WI. Overall a very poor start for Shakib who was given back the captaincy for this series.

To get all out on 43 was the worst perforrmance ever by BD in test innings. The previous worst of 62 against SL was easily beaten this time. This is probably as not bad as Gillespie scoring 200 against BD.

They have changed the bolwing coach. Heath Streak was replaced by Walsh. However, the pacers just do not have the raw pace. Not even a single bowler bowling over 136 consitently. Even Rubel their fastest pacers does not crosses 138 kph even with new ball. Comparing that with WI pacers, Shanon and Roach bowl over 140 and 145 consitently. Cummins to is consistent between 136 to 140.

Debutant Abu Jayed had a okay match while most of team mates flopped. Will he be able to survive more in test format than his Under 19 team mate Tashkin. Abu does gets some swing away from Right handed batsman but he bowled at 124 - 130 kph with new ball.

Rubel bowls between 130 to 135 kph with the odd fastest at 138 with the new ball.

Kamrul bowls between 126 to 135 kph with the odd fastest at 138 with the new ball.

The pace attack of Bangladesh remains to be a big concern and i doubt even if Heath Streak or Courtney Walsh would be able to do with this. Yet, one has to work with whatever resources he has. So Walsh will be feeling the heat.

There is one major respite though for Bangladesh batters. Roach did not bowl in second innings and commies were talking about someone will be replacing him. So one in-form wicket taking bowler less to face next test.
