Powell out for 48. Another missed opportunity.

Bangladesh start Day 2 proceedings with Mahmudullah's over. New ball can be taken after 11 overs after this. Bangladesh will be waiting for that, however they just do not have even a single bowler who bowls over 136 kph consistently.

Short and wide by Kamrul and nicely played square cut by Brathwaite. He's just 6 away form a 100 now.

Mahmudullah bowling too many easy ones. Can't regular bowlers like Shakib or Mehidy be bowled with the old ball from one end.

Mahmudullah is choking runs, but Bangladesh need wickets. Nice time for Brathwaite to get those 3 runs required for a ton. Good sunny day.

Upper cut bisecting slip fielders for 4. Takes Brathwaite to 101* :clap Welcome runs for him after the below average series against SL last month. 7th ton for him overall. Has to score a big ton as he won't get to bat again in this test.

Danny in commentary box. Adapting to test format after all the excitement in com box during IPL. Totally different pitch of sound.

New ball taken as soon as it was due. But WI are leading by 179 runs already with 8 wickets remaining. Need to make the new ball count with atleast 3 wickets.

One hour passed and not many good balls bowled. Even Bishoo played without any discomfort. No short balls to him or Brathwaite.

51* runs partnership between Brathwaite and Bishoo. :clap

Kamrul bowls Bishoo, nice ball which came back through the gap between bat and pad to knock the off stump. However, Bishoo has done his job scoring 19 and more importantly making a partnership of 52 with Brathwaite. Well played for knock for someone who is specialist bowler. WI are 246/3 leading by 203 runs.

Shai walks in.

Roach was limping yesterday through his career best spell. So imo WI will look to bat until they get all out and give Roach enough rest to be fit for second innings bowling as well as ensure he stays fit for future series as well. Probably might be given rest for next test if he carries this niggle. :dunno

Tough catch but dropped by diving Liton. Brathwaite has two lives this innings - on 78 and 110.

I get Bishoo nightwatchman, but no need for him to play so slow this morning, have some fun, and score some runs
