Turning point of the innings though, as around the thirtieth over often is. Another wicket now and it starts to feel there are more overs left than wickets.

Three for Kuldeep.

Kuldeep one of these bowlers who is dangerous even with his rubbish balls...

Could easily go either way from here ..and that's Stokes gone :( A nothing shot , that. At least it lets Buttler in.

We enjoyed the marriage proposal! Oh and there goes Stokes - when’s his trial due?

As Arthur flagged , the loss of wickets starting with Mogs at 31 has pegged England back. I rather hexed Buttler :)

But you can't fire every game. Root doing his job ; and David Willey is taking some rather loose death bowling apart. Getting up towards an - apparently - decent total.

This Indian batting is a bit scary though...

Hundred for Root :clap

Need a big last two overs ; but 305/6from 48 is good after that clatter of wickets ...

322 thanks to Willey and Root with that blazing finish :clap

May not be enough given the Indian batting ; but you'd think it is much more defendable than they managed the other night...

Well done to Joe. Doubt it's going to be enough, but a better effort (with Kuldeep going for a few alongside the wickets). That's a more than handy contribution from Willey.

Great start by the England pace attack. King Kohli is still there though.

Willey's performances seem to be a lot improved this year.

Mo gets the key wicket.

Just a question of whether Dhoni can roll back the years.

Glad I didn't pay for a ticket today. Disgusting attitude from India to not even bother having a go!

Was that really Dhoni batting in the last 15 overs or so, or just some old bloke out for a net?

I'm actually quite chuffed that I've got more dark hair in my beard than he has, and I'm 53!
