Umpire says no bat, there is quite clearly a notch on the snicko as the ball passes the bat. If thats not the bat, then what is it?

Im puzzled. He looked at it over and over, clearly a sound no matter how big, no space between bat and ball..... surely hes edged it?

I think thats shocking umpiring.
