Ngidi is out too....

South Africa have unearthed a young 19-year old named Joshua Richards who made 98 in the warm-up match.

Ackerman played a captain's innings of 103 not out as the CSA XI made 318-7 declared.

Steyn takes wicket number 422!

That makes him the highest wicket taker in South African cricket.
:salute

Philander's Test record is astonishing. Yet it often has felt a squeeze getting him in the SA side, and he never gets mentioned in lists of great pace bowlers.

Well done the Superhuman Steyn. Who always gets mentioned.

Pakistan out of their comfort zone.

South Africa has great reserves of seam bowlers.

Philander injured. Ngidi injured. No problem. Olivier comes in and takes two top order wickets.

Babar Azam really needs to step up here...big reputation and big potential but hasn't cracked test cricket...had a good year averaging nearly 65 but his overall record only averaing around 25 or so...needs a big knock to get his side out of trouble...

WHAT A CATCH!!!! Olivier has 3, and Azhar has gone!
