350 runs to the good, a batsman from SL out hurt, rain forecast tomorrow, and still no follow on?

Australia deserve this to be a draw.

At least it gives the good citizens of Canberra a chance to watch an extra day's play :)

And it does not help answer the Khawaja question. His 8th 100 :salute , but in a situation that had no pressure, on a pitch that is very good to bat on. Lets hope that the bad form he was in is in the past. Though im not sure England will be scared seeing him coming in at 3rd during the ashes.

How were the two such good friends? Head must have been still in his teens when Hughes died, and Head is a South Australian, Hughes was NSW's wasnt he? They couldnt have crossed paths in the national setup. Are they related?

Hughes was playing for SA (against NSW, at the SCG) when he was hit. Head was a very early starter in his 1st class career.

just looked it up, Both of them started playing 1st Class for SA in 2012

Didn't know Hughes transferred. Cheers for info

Over nice and quick in the end with SL looking a trouble against genuine quick bowling. Starc finally has a few wickets, and Cummins finishes the series with an average of 7

Certainly nice for Australia to get a win in though i think everyone is aware that this does not mask the may problems the team faces. Sadly no tests now till August when the clash of the ordinary starts in the ashes.
