typical of the organisers that they schedule 2 warm up matches in the same part of the country, thereby giving themselves the best possible chance of both matches being wiped out if there is any weather floating about.

I know nothing, of course, which is probably why I'd have 2 matches taking place in different parts of the country to minimise that risk

Miraculously Wood has been given the all clear following the scan results - seems as if he just jarred his foot so it's nothing serious.

The England/South Africa match was broadcast on fta tellie last night, but not the current WI/Pak match, so I have reverted to streaming - which is high quality (he says, tempting fate) - makes me guess, without looking, that we will probably only get the Aus matches, plus others some of interest, depending on various local football codes' schedules.
