Mo getting a bowl before Wood.

The England coach talking about the injury prone paceman made it sound like Wood had transformed himself, so maybe England will be expecting some pace like fire.

Nice to know that other batsmen can be as brainless as England batsmen at times

unfortunately England batsmen are brainless nearly all of the time

WI have recovered well from the loss of a wicket or two in the series though.

We were promised a hard fast pitch, so I was expecting there to be more bounty for the fast bowlers.

Double wicket maiden.

Maybe he won't play for Durham so much next season!

Is the Speedo broke, or is wood seriously bowling with blinding pace

Joe Root:

He looks in great rhythm. He is bowling with good pace and he has developed his game as well. That is exactly what you want from guys when they have been left out in the past, to come back better players.

“I certainly feel that is the case with Mark. He has not taken the wickets he would have liked when he has had previous opportunities.

“But looking at him now, he couldn’t be in a better place to go on and do something really good.”

He used to bowl this sort of pace but after the injuries had dropped to 84-87

Looks like hes got it back

Longer run up seems to have made a difference

Its whether he can maintain the pace over 15-20 overs
