Maybe he won't play for Durham so much next season!

Yep. Either away with Englsnd or out injured!

If he's got 90+ pace back, might be better news for the WC side than the Test XI.

3-11.

Just ruined my stat about him having the worst England pace bowling average ever.

Another wicket for Wood to end the session, nearly a no ball but just enough of his foot behind the line.

Sitting here a little confused

If wood has been bowling this quick in the nets why did he not play the second game

Fair enough they completely misjudged the wicket in the first game picking 2 specialist spinners and that just happens sometimes

I suppose dropping Curran after 1 bad game would've been harsh too

But if you have a guy bowling 88+ with accuracy in your squad you have to chuck him in

Hopefully he can maintain this 88mph+ bowling as he gets more overs into his legs

I don't understand why the selectors thought Curran would bowl better than Wood on these pitches.
:hmmm

Yes he is. Could have had more wickets - couple of edges just dropping short and one flying over the gully.

Brilliant one handed catch from Broad for the 9th wicket and Wood back on to take the last wicket and his 5th.
Lead of 123 for England and 20 overs scheduled to be bowled. It's Jennings time. :scared

Last one before today was Flintoff, I didn't know that but they just mentioned it on TV!
