Khawaja i would have thought now had made himself a shoe-in for the world cup...so the only way Warner gets in is if he Finch gets dropped, which i doubt will happen, and Handscomb found form at 3, so no room for Smith?

Very similar to a post I made on another site, Andy.

I'd hate to think that either of them would get shoved into the team and someone gets dropped undeservedly.

Finch? Yes, there is a point - but, there is no obvious captain (after all, Warner will never be there), and Finch's captaincy and experience is a real asset. That is something to be considered along with his form. I can only assume that he has ran the team well during the India serieses
