2-2 draw. Not too bad for England being away from home. But obvious anxiety around the bowlers.

West Indies were behind Afghanistan in the rankings I think, until recently. Its a pretty disastrous tour coming to the world cup. We should have ironed this team out easily, but have struggled to with the ball. We made Gayle look like he'd rolled back the years, but then again, what do you expect bowling lengths he can cross bat out the park.

The bowlers really do need to work on their lengths.

Pretty poor.

England favourites for the world cup? Not on this evidence.

I make India clear favourites due to having a much better bowling attack

England still World Cup favourites for me. Folk might be hyping up the likes of West Indies and Afghanistan, but how are their batsmen going to fare on an overcast and possibly damp day at Headingley or Old Trafford?

Half the test nations are going into the World Cup with just two warm up games and on the back of a demanding IPL tournament. If anything I reckon Pakistan are capable of going all the way, they have the sense to play actual ODIs against England instead of hit and giggle cricket.
