John Campbell's form in the Test series win over England has been rewarded with a maiden ODI call-up, after injuries to Evin Lewis, Rovman Powell and Keemo Paul forced changes to West Indies' 14-man squad for the first two matches of the series, starting in Barbados on Wednesday.

Carlos Brathwaite and Sheldon Cottrell have been recalled to strengthen the pace bowling in the absence of Powell and Paul, who tore his quadriceps while playing in the third Test in St Lucia last week, and the suspension of Shannon Gabriel.

One obvious change by England, Mark Wood comes in for David Willey.
John Campbell making his ODI debut for West Indies, as does Nicholas Pooran

Chris Gayle under the pump against Mark Wood, who is really probing away. Two leading edges in the air dropping in no mans land.

Gayle dropped on 9 on Plunkett's 1st over by Jason Roy, eventually conceding 9 runs.

I'm not so sure, as long as bowlers keep joining the dots Gayle could get himself out to a false shot. He's not exactly quick amongst the wickets either, so England have enough in their arsenal to create pressure.

Can't tell pace wise, but he's bowling at nagging and probing areas on a consistent basis.
