Plunkett again doing what he does ...getting a wicket out of nowhere in the middle overs.

At 188/4 after 31 Pakistan ought to set England a steep chase here ...

No Buttler this time so Stokes and Moeen might get some work. They'll still fancy chasing even a big target on this ground.

Confess I am a little puzzled by England's selection . Once again Archer is not put out to show what he can do in bowler-testing conditions ; and Wood again doesn't get a run. Do they already know what squad they want ? Or are we shaping for some sort of "bowl-off" in the last couple of games ?

(Denly's single over didn't do a lot to push his claims !)

Wood must be injured not to have featured yet.

These ODIs as practice games bring international cricket into disrepute. I hope at least the ticket prices are heavily reduced.

If Wood is still injured at this late stage I'd imagine his chances of featuring in the WC are a bit limited ? Would be an "easy" way to get Archer into the squad...

Denly seems to have arrived too late and been given too limited chance to be picked in the WC with much confidence.

Imam seems to have made a mark in ODIs.

Should be 380 on here. England would like Rashid to turn to now.

Indeed. Might help the over rate too.

Not going to be Denly ! Need a couple of wickets to keep this under 360 but it's such a good batting surface it is hard to see where they're coming from...

38 ball fifty for Asif. Not that quick these days! Last few overs haven't been too terrible for England.

Actually, edit that last remark. Just looked in more detail on cricinfo.

300 up with six to go...

England glad to see the end of Asif but they will need to bowl these last few pretty cleverly to keep this down around 350. Which would still be well chaseable on this.

Woakes will be happier with this display than his previous game. And Imam to 150 :clap Fine effort.

Should be getting 380. 360 will be a good return for England from here.

Only seven overs of spin so England have gone into overtime. Holder, are you watching?
