Maybe going to keep this to about 320.

Going to be humid all day, so there might be swing for a few overs with the new ball.

Great effort from Woakesy. Two wickets and an econ of 4.6. The bowlers might have been unlucky early on but they've kept the score under 300.

I think England have done very well in the second half of the innings. I reckon they saved close on 50 runs from the Aus total, with most of it being to their good play, as opposed to Aus' stuff ups.

Pretty well poised

England in trouble. Root going early gives someone else the opportunity to step up today.

Who would Aussies find the most amusing to go out in the group stage, England or India?

Sounds like the Aussies could easily have had that kind of start but had a bit of luck. England still in it though.

Still a little wary while both Buttler and Stokes are there.

If Buttler falls soon, I will go to bed.

I think if I gave Alex Hales a whole kilo block of cocaine and he lost the ability to comprehend what his bat was for while muttering loudly he was the king of the flying horses.....

He'd still be 15 times better than James vince
