I first look at the score with Aus needing 20 runs, England needing 3 wickets, overs aplenty remaining. Tight.

and all out for 75 runs.

I think it is a couple of weeks until the one off test, but England are right behind it now. A draw in the test (and I don't think they happen too often in Women's tests) and the Ashes have been retained.

Aus are keen to win, not just retain, the Ashes though. They were very disappointed at losing all the T20s to only tie the series, after guaranteeing the retention of them, last time around.

After that cleanup of the ODIs , Australia will be understandably confident re the Test Match. Don't know what has happened to the England women ? Even if the 75 all out is just a bad hair day , they seem to have dropped off rather dramatically lately - especially the bats...
