Parody definitely is an exception, but obviously Ms Dion and her lawyers could never believe someone would be using it for comedic purposes, and that they actually thought as the video OP suggested.... "The World Cup win is better with the titanic music" Which come to think of it, is absolutely hilarious.

Usually it comes down to how much money or influence an artist has..... seem to remember an excellent Welsh parody of "NY State of Mind" being taken down by Jay-Z successfully, even though it was clearly a p*ss take.
