Averaged 14 in 4 tests, so I dont think he can brag much about that.

Hint of swing in the air or a tiny bit of pace in a pitch for a bowler to dig it in short, Rohit looks like a walking wicket. Slow, low and no swing, he looks like Bradman.

I think he made 60 in one innings and that must be the only innings he contributed well.

Very suspect against swing. Don't understand why Virat wants to take Rohit as opener in NZ next February against the swing of Trent Boult who has troubled Rohit in swing conditions.

Rohit should be played in India though as his record here in tests is the second best in home conditions

Wriddhi keeps up his reputation as India's best at wicket keeping skills.

Stumps. Bad light stops play early today as well. Domestic matches in Eastern States of India start an hour earlier than in other zones. Why are they not starting match at 8:30 a.m. here.

36/5... which is really 36/6 considering Elgar retired hurt. Aside from Cronjegate, this has to be a low point for South African cricket in my life time.

Sounds like the pitch has become wild. De Plessis out to a ball that scrapped the top soil, then Elgar knocked out by something flying off the surface.

India have lost one Test since England won a series there in 2012. Emphasises how well Australia did in 2017.

Wonder how well Pakistan would get on there.
