Luck has worked for Aus in the review area for a change.

All commentators thought that the Pope dismissal was not pitching in line? I thought it was going to miss the stumps and be a review gone.

I was SO excited to be so wrong.

Another good review for Crawley's wicket.

I didn't see every ball, but I also did not see one bouncer, nor a single yorker.

First day of the Ashes?? Surely test out a few of these.

A wicket each though, so something to show for it.

I mean, they didn't even appeal Crawley's earlier clear edge, so not quite 100%.... Maybe be a bit peeved with the umpiring, that they had have to review them. Umpire has got three out decisions wrong...

Brook dropped by Head... two balls later, Root edges short of Green....

Luck going England's way at the moment... the way Brook is batting, a few extra balls might be worth a 50

I have absolutely no idea why Stokes reviewed that.... bit of a Nighthawk, that review.

Barstow will probably score a 70 ball 150 now, but Brooks innings highlights somewhat the problems with dogmatically sticking to Plan A. He was spraying and praying the ball all over the shop, and would have been better to give himself some time .... Runs are out there, see a few balls and ride out a tough spell.

Fifty for Root.

With JB1 at the crease and Mo next, this may be bazball+.
