This has crept up suddenly. This is the NZ side with KW back. Their staus as a side in steep decline has been reset after their tour to India. Kiwis going without a specialist spinner.

Huge gamble putting bethel there though...he's on a hiding to nothing there especially as it's clear pope is unstoppable in the eyes of stokes and mccullum

Ollie Robinson the wicket keeper flying in for Cox for second test...given how green it is I'm a tad surprised Potts didn't get the nod however carse did perform superbly well in Pakistan so not too unhappy he got the nod.....
Harsh on will young to get dropped given his series performances in India but other than maybe dropping Conway no one else deserves to be dropped.....4 seamers and the part time spin of Phillips for NZ

Maybe another bat instead of Bashir would be worthwhile... but there isn't another bat!

My recall is Woakes has an awful record in NZ.
