Seemed an interesting game. But a comfortable win in the end.

Pakistan should feel the match is in a good position after two late wickets. The pitch is very slow and low and has not really offered anything to the seamers, and Noman is getting it to turn but at glacial levels of speed. For most of the day it looked comfortable for batting, and the big partnership from SA, while it rode it luck to begin with, looked pretty settled until the last 30 minutes when the debutant spinner came on and suddenly found assistance..... he is bowling a lot quicker and flatter, and it seems to have worked to get some balls to kick and turn sharper. Its hard to see SA overturning the game by day 4/5 if that assistances continues and gets worse, so they need to bat all of tomorrow to have a chance.

Brevis got one that spat and turned a bit and got a duck (although his defensive square on jab at the ball would give Boycott a stroke). HE came out to great commentator fanfare of some potential legend in the making, but in the 5 odd balls he survived his technique looks a train wreck..... I guess from this I must understand that hes great at smashing 6s in T20.

Di Zorzi also looks a trainwreck. Was out early lbw to one that wasnt reviewed, and he doesn't strike me as a player with a good technique. Static feet, shoves his bat way out..
