Maybe a sabbatical from the captaincy will do you a world of good CF. Pursue some other interests, do a bit of travelling if you can, anything that rediscovers yourself.

Captaincy is one thankless task. So much time preparing, organising, thinking in the run up to a game and having ten players needs to consider before your own. It's hardly surprising where your energy, form and enthusiasm gradually fades away.
In Phil Parkinson we trust
"You won't get anywhere slouching about half out of bed"
"They took all our players away, banned our captain and we still came away with a ten-wicket victory"
