I hear this before every series...

Murali has a new mystery ball
Warne has a new mystery ball
Ajmal has a new mystery ball

Now every other country's batsmen would say "So what? Let's see who can hit it the furthest"

Whereas our batsman say "AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!" and head for the nearest toilet.

So basically Lyon doesn't have a mystery ball....he just wants England to think he has.

No they're not! Two, count them.

I did get this from a newspaper article though.

Australia’s Ashes warm-up matches

1-4 July 2015: Essex v Australians, Chelmsford

23-25 July 2015: Derbyshire v Australians, Derby

14-16 August: Northamptonshire v Australians, Northampton

Two later in the summer.

I see Lords is getting preferential treatment once again. Starting the Cardiff test on Wednesday to ensure the third day of the Lords test falls on Saturday.

Then again, Voges has triple the test batting average of Root......

I didn't see Voges, but Root certainly was impressive. Fair enough, on this showing. I stand corrected.
