Rain had the final say in Glamorgan's game against Gloucestershire but an outstanding spell of 5-17 should have done the business for Glam but they slid to defeat.

I only have an issue with ball biting, pitch scuffing tosspots being given COTD instead of their marching orders... and perhaps a ban or a healthy fine for taking the ssip their entire career
