Another one where an obscure young African player pips a more popular choice. I'm just a sucker for big wickets and low economy.

Uganda Under 19s' Richard Agamiire got 6-22 against Botswana Under 19s.

Tammy who?

Taylor, for me. Devastating assault on the SA bowlers.

In what is starting to look like an unhealthy obsession with young African boys, I am giving Cricketer of the Day to Uganda Under 19s' Kenneth Waiswa for his 39 plus 5-16 v Ghana Under 19s

Truth be told I was more tempted by lads like Van Zyl or Bopara.

Bit of a late one due to the late finish for the T20 blast game but Im giving it to Dane van Niekerk for 57 and 4-22 in South Africa Women's result over India Women

controversial decision, for me. Only bowls herself when her team is on top, disappears when her bowlers are being spanked... not the actions of a cricketer of the day, imo

I'd give it to Philander for scoring 50 with a knackered hand. He could barely keep hold of his bat yet kept hitting boundaries despite being in obvious pain.... and boy did his team need those runs

Colin Ingram helped himself to a century from 46 balls for Glamorgan against Sussex and then added 2 wickets for 27 runs.
