that scorecard looks like something from an ashes series in the days of Slater, Taylor and Boon

well done Nick Browne

wasn't against Durham, either, which makes it even more impressive

Chamari Atapattu's 178* for Sri Lanka Women against Australia Women was the third best women's ODI score of all time. Certainly worth plaudits.

I've come to the conclusion that Harmer is a chucker, so definitely not player of the day for me

could have been either Atupattu or Lanning for me

Solomon Mire's 112 led Zimbabwe to a fantastic away win against Sri Lanka.

without doubt

Sorry may not have made a terrific fist of the final, but there was certainly the potential for things to very wrong for Notts. Take Hales innings out of the equation and Notts would have struggled to chase down 200 let alone 300.

More of a left field one today.

Uganda Under 19s' Trevor Bukenya got 5-23 against Ghana Under 19s today in an Africa Under-19s World Cup Qualifier

I guess there may be a case for van Niekerk 4-0 off 3, but then again that would almost certainly be down to poor batting rather than exceptional bowling.... ditto the 5-18 for Bisht

Never one to shy away from an obscure decision - Joseph Aboagye of Ghana Under 19s got figures of 7-15 against Botswana Under 19s. Stonking figures in anyone's books.
