Plunkett has eight wickets so far in the competition. Wood has one. Still a valuable one. But... Wood's ODI bowling average is 50. His SR is 52. Econ is 5.7. So, steady on.

Ah, but Woody was bowling at 84 mph, yesterday. Compare that to LP's paltry 83 mph

Wonder if Wood's injuries rule him out for Test matches? He has been playing fc cricket of course. But maybe England will prefer to have him in ODIs than not at all, if Tests represent a risk.
