This reminds me of the picturesque grounds' thread. I don't think that there are many sports which can rival such incredible scenery in stadia format.

A few readers suggestions here. I think Chester le Street is pushing it a bit though. Sorry Durham fans.

The ground at Wormsley is near where I use to live. I've never been but it is apparently a lovely place to watch and play Cricket.

You only see the (pretty incredible) pavillion in the picture.

Someone on the thread posted pictures of pavillions in New England, which are quite something.

Scarborough looks fantastic. Used to go there as a boy, but can't really remember it.

Going to be biased but I don't think there is anywhere as good to watch county cricket than North Marine Road, you must make the pilgrimage to Scarborough.

Doubt it during June (vs Notts) and August (vs Durham)

Can't be worse than watching it in 4C heat without windchill factor last May.

A century in the back garden would be a start an then take it for there.

a century against the aussies in melbourne or sydney would be nice, but nothing quite matches getting one at the home of cricket

More of an impact bowler, used to give the main bowlers a rest and attempt to pick up a wicket or two in a spell. Unfortunately the bowling has suffered from the yips to a point I didn't enjoy playing, but carried on to ensure a team could be fielded.

Nice feeling when having some time in the middle and score some vital lower order runs, although a rare occasion.
