I immediately thought Starc when I saw the thread title, but thinking to who has affected the whole feel of the competition, I decided to go with McCullum.
Today may well change that, of course.

I've watched close to every ball of every game, bar the odd time there was an overlap, and I cant think of anyone who has performed at his level as consistently in the competition. if anything his stats don't reflect just how well he bowled and the number of times he went past the edge.
