So which person you want to be the next coach of england ?

Not sure Gillespie or any big name will sign, Since I expect ECB to want the guy to commit to at least 2-3 years.

Guessing one of the County coaches or Farbrace will get the job.

Stephen Fleming is the interesting one, he known as an outstanding captain.
Had quite a bit of offers for Coaching job mainly by India, NZ, England and probably so many teams yet he has rejected them so many times.
He seem quite happy with Chennai Super kings and Retirement.

But he did say 3-4 years ago he would consider coaching an international team when he feels it is the right time.

I've gone for Colly. Not sure Fleming would take a job where he answers to Andrew Strauss, who decides selection. Fleming for Strauss though. So Strauss out.

I'm not sure that any quallity candidate will be found for the role if they will not be given control of selection.

Anyways, the obvious answer is Gillespie though I wonder how he'd feel about having to "report" to Strauss.
