Ooooh tough question

Jeremy Coney, David Lloyd, HD Ackerman, Russell Arnold, Ian David Stockley Smith. Honourary mention for Mel Jones, she is one of the very few commentators who has the job for natural ability behind the mic rather than on the back of a glittering career or tokenism.
"Stats are there to be broken" Dominic Cork
"They took all our players away, banned our captain and we still came away with a ten-wicket victory" Jason Gillespie

Yes - he has an engaging voice, rather impartial and does not feel the need to bash a player on a poor performance or technical deficiency. I felt he complimented the New Zealand commentary when Sri Lanka were over there.

I've plum forgot about Alan Wilkins, he's a must in my top 5 and at the expense of Rusty.
