Postby The Professor » Tue May 31, 2016 6:54 pm

A number of lower placed nations played each other at the back end of May. Feel free to pick whoever's achievement impresses you the most.

Aamir Kaleem - Oman

The Oman all rounder did equally well with bat and ball in this tournament. He scored 139 runs in the five innings he was asked to bat whilst also getting 12 wickets at an average of 11.1.

Ben Kynman - Jersey

Kynman ended the month well with ten wickets in two games including figures of 6/18 against Nigeria. Overall he got 15 wickets at an average of 8.8!

Ajay Lalcheta - Oman

Off the back of a busy period for the bowler he continued his fine form into this completion, dismissing 10 batsmen at an average of 14.7. He would be most pleased with his performance against Nigeria where he got startling figures of 4/7 but also 44 with the bat.

Andrew Mansale - Vanuatu

The Vanuatu all rounder scored 139 runs in 6 innings; an average of 23.1 but also bagged 11 wickets at an average of 17.6. His best figures were 60 with the bat against Tanzania and 4/19 against Guernsey.

John Reva - Papua New Guinea

The bowler had a great game against Kenya with figures of 43* and 4/31. Over the month of May he got 6 wickets at an average of 8.3.

Ben Stevens - Jersey

The Jersey all rounder became the first player to score a century for his country in his team's winning effort in World Cricket League 5. He scored 205 runs at an average of 34.2 across his 6 games and also got 12 wickets at an average of 14.8.
