July Fifty Over Player of the Month
Posted: Sun Jul 31, 2016 7:18 pmI have decided to group together all Fifty Over games together as I think there is on stand out candidate that has represented both club and country spectacularly over the last month.
Ben Duckett's form for Northamptonshire and England Lions this month has seen him hotly tipped to find a place in the ODI international squad for the games against Pakistan. He has flawlessly flitted back and forth from international to domestic duty without breaking stride. In amongst this he has also walloped some scorching T20 scores as well. He has scored a phenomenal 650 runs in 7 games - an average of 92.9. All but two of his scores have been 50+ and he scored 163 and 220 against Pakistan A and Sri Lanka A whose teams were far from walk overs. A player to look out for in the future.
