one of his better centuries.

He strode to the crease with great intent, even though India had lost the first 2 wickets for less than 10 and the wicket was looking a bit lethal, and he imposed himself on the game to start, with some fine boundaries while other batsmen struggled. Then, weathered a long, lean spell, where he wore plenty of deliveries, but kept his head until things settled and then went on with it.

A memorable century - he will not like it as much, as his team are probably going to lose the test - but it was a true 'captain's knock'

Probably taking the mantle of the best Test bat in Smith's absence.

His 50 over record is unreal, has to be considered one of the greatest, if not the greatest 50 over player of all time...

Hes so far past second place in ODIs, I cant even be bother to work out who that would be.

His T20I record is so good, I cant be bothered to work out second place.

His test record has continued to rise in an era of run averages seemingly dropping off a cliff.

Miles the best player of his generation.

Similar to when my amount of golf world ranking points (zero - funnily enough) was closer to Phil Mickelson's, than Lefty's was to Tiger Woods.

of course, comparing players from different eras has its issues, but I don't see how a case can be made for anybody to be said to be a better ODI batsman than Kholi, since One Dayers started.
