January 2017 T20 Player of the Month
Posted: Tue Jan 31, 2017 7:57 pmI have been full of praise of many players on these threads repeatedly. Kohli has won it a number of times, as has Warner. Despite this a player that I return to time and time again is Amy Satterthwaite.
The New Zealand allrounder has previously won October and November ODI player of the month - she has switched disciplines this time and excelled in the shortest form for Hobart in the BBL.
In the eight games she played between the 5th and 25th of January she scored 195 runs at an average of 24.4. Her top score was 57 against Brisbane. She also contributed with the ball, claiming 11 wickets at an average of 18.
