I remembered it wrongly, England lost 1-0, but Cook took 11 wickets in Karachi. Pakistan had Abdul Qadir though.

Cant even begin to understand why someone would consider Croft. He doesnt even have a key innings in 50 matches you could give him, his best bowling was 3/52..... so its not like he was rubbish and occasionally won you matches alone.

I think the "yips" can apply to those that crumble completely under pressure and never recover, but some people have. Just seems to be a total loss of nerves, sometimes it destroys a career, other times it doesnt.
