Pakistan bowled first thinking an exceptionally green pitch for Asia would help them, but the pitch is so slow you almost get the sensation of time stopping with each delivery, and there is zero bounce in the wicket either. If the pitch doesn't break up a little or hardened up under the sun, then this could be a long 5 days for bowlers. You'd have backed a world class batsman to have stayed there all day on it today. Total featherbed

Or maybe the pitch is ok.... Pakistan's pacers were clocking in the low to mid 70s for a lot of the day, even Shaheen was bowling medium pace for a lot of his spells.
