Someone on another site implies Ojha throws and so it would be a bad time to bring him back. I'm quite sensitive on this, but I didn't notice.
People seem to think that throwing should be allowed as it makes the game more interesting.

Ojha is 50/50.
Many indian don't like his action but if he did get tested he would probably be allowed should be within 15 degrees since many people can't even tell he chucks.

Sananayake has been to Oz to have his action sorted out. The report to if it is fixed is made by the same team who spent the time fixing his action. No conflict of interest there at all.

As far I understand it the word flex means bent ( taken from a dictionary). So the ruling means you can bowl with your arm bent no more than 15 degrees but it must not straighten as that would be throwing the ball.

To avoid any confusion, in this context, "flexing" means straightening. The ICC ruling is that the arm must not undergo more than 15° of straightening between the moment it reaches the level of the shoulder and delivery.
At the point of delivery, most bowlers' arms are straight as it is very difficult to propel the ball otherwise and most straightening takes place in the bowler's "gather", that is in the delivery stride and well before the arm reaches the level of the shoulder.

As I understand it (and that is not saying much), you can bowl the ball with you arm bent at 90 degrees, or even worse, just so long and the change in angle (flex) during any stage of the delivery is no greater than 15 degrees.
