Fast bowlers

Bhuvi
Shami
Ishant
Umesh
Aaron

Spinners

Jadeja
Ashwin
Karn Sharma

Dhoni
Kohli
Raina
+ 5 batsmen (impossible to decide)

I'd give Bhuvi and Shami a break for a few games and try Kulkarni (haed a really good A team tour in the ODI's in Aus) alongside Umesh and Aaron. Also, we should really give Rishi Dhawan a go - backup for Bhuvi in the 'seam bowler who can bat' space. For me, it would be your 5 plus those 2 in the mix.

Karn Sharma really needs to play if we are thinking of taking him to aus!

batters - I'd like to see Pujara at the top of the order if Dhawan continues like this. Vijay may be possible but I think he really struggles to rotate strike. Rohit, Rahane and Rayudu will all go I think.

we need a back-up keeper and I think it should be between Naman Ojha and Sanju Samson - so i'd like to see them get a few games with Dhoni resting.

In previous WCs, you've been allowed to replace your keeper for a limited period after the competition has started.

Yes 15 players is not fixed.
Injured players can be replaced providing teams can prove illness/injuries.

MSD's fitness issues recently seem restricted to keeping though. For instance, he couldn't dive too much to either side during tests but that didn't hinder his batting. And WC is a long tournament. If it ever gets to a stage where he can bat but can't keep, then we really need a back up keeper in the squad who would enable MSD to play as a batsman alone as he is too valuable a batsman in this format to be replaced altogether from the squad if he is not fit to keep. Maybe I'm thinking a bit too far here but I think a back up keeper is desirable, in this instance and Samson could potentially (potential being the operative word here) play as a batsman too IMO. Hope he gets a few games before the WC.

not sure about Vijay

Dhawan has only just got one decent knock, Kohli has had a lean run, Rahane has just moved back to opening, Rayudu has only just come into the side and Raina has only come for the ODI's - who would you leave out to give Vijay a go?

Dhawan, Rahane, Kohli, Rayudu, Raina, Samson, Jadeja, Karn, Bhuvi, Kulkarni, Yadav

Rishi Dhawan would be the better bit and pieces pace All rounder anyway even Irfan Pathan isn't a bad shout if he is fit.

absolutely, Rishi is a better batter and a far better bowler. If we could get Irfan back and firing that would be fantastic, but I've pretty much given up on that happening.
