16 overs an hour with a 20 min break in between innings. Not unrealistic for anyone except England men who would need an extra hour.... maybe even an hour and a bit

bad luck for Northants. It's a great shame when this happens. I've no doubt they put a lot of effort into getting ready for this game

Kiwis levelled the series nicely at Canterbury...

Extraordinary game : four down for 11 after 4 overs and then a remarkable partnership by Devine and Green saw them to 170/5 , with the former run out on the last ball for 87 from 57 balls !

England had a good try but nobody really got fully going and they fell 14 runs short. Has to be noted though that England were clearly experimenting : Charlie Dean bowled only one (admittedly rather expensive) over ... not seeing that happening in a WC game ; but she presumably wanted to test her back up seam bowling resources to see who will be best equipped to support Lauren Bell in the serious stuff.

Sophie Devine is still a force. What a servant to the white ferns

I've had a look at the series averages and NZ only have 2 players scoring runs. England seem to have more players contributing with the bat, but Devine's 132 runs at a 167 SR is light years ahead of any other player in this series to date. She has hit 10 of NZ's 13 sixes. England will have to find a way to contain her
